Is password strength validation a good idea? People tend to use same password everywhere and most of them are probably weak. I have that same issue with my passwords too. Time to time I run into sites that need strong password for registering and I am bit annoyed by that.

User experience is just a buzz? I have talked with some of my fellow designers and programmers, about user experience / usability and they have been turning it down. It seems very hostile for user and being ignorant. I listed some of things they said and my answers to them.
